Privacy
This page describes, in general terms, what RapidHire collects and how it is used. It is general product information, not a jurisdiction-specific legal document, and should be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.
Employer data
When an employer creates an account we store an email address, a full name and a company name, plus the interviews, invitations and results created in that account. Passwords are handled by the authentication system and are never visible to us or to other users.
Candidate data
For each assessment we store the candidate name and email address provided by the inviting employer, the answers submitted, correctness of each answer, response times, timeouts, and basic integrity signals such as how often the interview screen lost focus. Candidates do not create accounts or passwords.
We do not collect age, gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, marital status, disability information or photographs, and we do not use webcams, microphones or screen recording.
How data is used
Assessment data is shown to the employer who created the interview, so they can review and compare candidates. Employers can only ever see data belonging to their own account.
Retention and requests
Results are retained so employers keep an accurate hiring record. Candidates who want their data corrected or removed should contact the employer who invited them, as that employer controls the assessment.
Certifications
RapidHire does not claim any formal certification or compliance audit. No statement on this site should be read as a GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO or CCPA certification.
